Gregory D. Woulfe is the Co-Founder of Illuminate Real Estate and acts as the firm’s Director of Development. Greg has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate development, primarily retail, and has provided leasing/management and investment services throughout the southeast United States. On the development side, Greg has extensive knowledge and exposure from acquisition to lease negotiation to government approvals/permits to project management in over 40 development projects totaling more than 250,000 square feet. Development clients include Walgreens, Starbucks, Publix, McDonald’s, Burger King, Dunkin Donuts and many others. In regards to brokerage, Woulfe has been actively involved in the acquisition or sale of over $200 M in commercial properties throughout the United States. In addition, by performing initial financial analysis and applying his knowledge of the industry’s trends, he is able to skillfully evaluate stabilized and/or value add opportunities, which optimize the investors’ return on investment.
Greg is originally from Miami, Florida, and grew up in Fort Lauderdale. He is a graduate of Pitzer College of Claremont Colleges in Claremont, California, with a degree in Economics. Woulfe is a licensed Florida and North Carolina Real Estate Sales Associate and is in the process of becoming a Managing Broker in both states. He has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers for 10 years.
Out of the office, Greg’s passions include golf, tennis, basketball, and surfing. Philanthropic involvement includes volunteering at the Museum of Art and Jack and Jill Nursery in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
